AT&T Says Thumbs Down To Google?

Many sources have reported that the soon to be released Motorola Backflip running Google's Android OS and picked up by AT&T will be feature Yahoo has the default search engine. Furthermore, AT&T has removed nearly all Google branded apps leaving only stock Android apps on the device. The carrier has also added plenty of their own branded features like AT&T Maps, AT&T WiFi, AT&T Music along with a host of others.

AT&T is the sole carrier of the iPhone in the states, and Apple and Google have not been getting along lately, one must wonder if AT&T has eliminated Google from their own OS to stay in favor with Apple.
